In case you want to return your order, we will send the delivery company to your doorstep to collect the order and turn it back to us.

Delivery Times

Orders delivered within Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia will be fulfilled on the same day or at the latest, the next day following the order placement.

For other Arab countries, as well as Europe, the United States, and the United Kingdom, delivery times range between 2 and 10 working days from the date of order placement.

Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee delivery of all orders. If for any reason your order does not arrive, we will reship it at no additional cost to you. This guarantee applies to all orders, regardless of their size or value.

Customer Responsibility

Delays & Refund
